U.S. Border Patrol agents, assisted by Grand Forks police, arrested a man driving the light blue van seen on the left side of the southbound lanes of Interstate 29 in Grand Forks about 11:30 a.m. today. Authorities believed he was a suspect in an attempted murder in North Carolina. However, the man later was released after authorities determined that he was not the suspect.
