Due to wear and tear on its runways, the Grand Forks, N.D., airport is getting $4.1 million from the Federal Aviation Administration for taxiway construction, as well as another $1.3 million from the state. The Grand Forks airport is scheduled to use the funds to redesign and rebuild a five-way taxiway intersection near where the old terminal was located. Darren Gibbins/Forum News Service
